On-Site Security Personnel

D.N. provides residential communities with on-site security officers trained and professionally attired to enhance both the image and security of your community. We handle a variety of security and safety related issues including community violations of skateboarding, solicitation, loitering, disturbances, trespassing, and respond to tenant calls.

Patrol Service

Our 24 hour service is available and responsive to our clients need. Our drivers are trained supervisors and in marked patrol vehicles. The patrol service includes site checks including documentation and electronic verification of the site visit. It may also include a response whan a call is placed by a tenant to respond to a specific area to investigate and make contact if appropriate. If we find any evidence of criminal activity the local police are notified immediately and the client receives all detailed reports in a timely manner.

Electronic Accountability

D.N. uses an effective Guard Tour Confirmation System called ProxiGuard. It works by installing a series of RFID Tags (each with its own unique global identification number) along patrol routes and having patrol personnel perform readings on tags using a handheld reader.

This proven technology enables our security officers to record and report events, including patrol inspections. Daily printout can be e-mailed or faxed to our client upon request.
