Once selected our trainer takes each officer from start to finish through our complete and comprehensive in-house assimilation program before placement at any site. Many of our officers have law enforcement and military backgrounds. Regardless of prior experience D.N. invests an additional 40 hours of on-site training. We cover site specific content, client/D.N. requirements, performance measures and standards. D.N. is a recognized leader at providing comprehensive security programs ranging from colleges to K through high school.
