MANAGEMENT

Operational, logistical and administrative support is provided through our locations in the Bay Area. D.N. Security Services management carefully selects and trains supervisors and support personnel who possess strong leadership qualities, sound ethical business and professional backgrounds and who have demonstrated a dedication and commitment to professionalism.

The management staff of D.N. Security Services embrace a philosophy committed to (1) implementing methods to carry out our commitment to be the best in the industry, (2) to direct and motivate our personnel to meet client needs, 3) to provide prompt and effective operational, logistical and administrative support to all of our accounts.

All of our operations are supported by the President, Vice-President, Business Development Managers, Director of Operations, Operations Managers, Operations Supervisors, Field Supervisors and Administrative support staff

D.N. Security Services maintains and emphasizes an open door policy for the benefit of our clients and our employees. In addition our Supervisors, Managers, and our Clients are polled by the Director of Operations for quality assurance by encouraging comments, and where necessary, criticism from our customers and employees. D.N. Security Services is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to our clients to discuss and resolve any concern regarding our service.

SUPERVISION

We maintain a system of twenty-four hour supervision for our clients that require the service. D.N. Security Services conducts regular “In-house” refresher training courses for our Supervisors as a commitment to service.

The Supervisors duties include responding to calls for service or assistance, making scheduled and unscheduled, routine checks on security officers at their posts. Supervisors review all Daily Activity Reports (D.A.R). During these routine scheduled and unscheduled visits, the supervisor (if appropriate) meets with the client or company representative for feedback on service and also to determine what adjustments D.N. Security Services can do to improve the security program.

The other primary factor for supervision at the job site is to check the appearance and level of performance of the security officer(s) on duty and to also get feedback so a balanced point of view is presented to management on performance issues impacting the security program.
